CHANGE IN PROCESSION PLANS
(To the Editor.)
Sir,—lt would be of public interest to know who was responsible for sending "the men who served" down the back street (Jervois Quay) in today's procession. The very fact that one section of the procession passed through Willis. Street to Mercer Street appears to indicate that those responsible had no conception of the fiasco occasioned by having a two-route procession. Many hundreds of spectators occupied points of vantage on verandahs and balconies and at upper windows who were sorely disappointed at missing the" marching of the heroes of the Great War.—l am, etc., DISGUSTED.
