In the Supreme : Court yesterday, Clement Lyall Dewar, jeweller, was charged that he unlawfully killed Mabel Harding, thereby committing manslaughter. He was also charged with : Illegally using an, instrument to procure a certain result. The jury disagreed, and a second trial was held today. The jury again disagreed, and the case was adjourned to the next session. The Crown Solicitor intimated that he would communicate with the Solicitor-General regarding the venue. ,
