Thousands are fleeing from their homes and industry is paralysed by floods in six western Ontario cities; A train plunged through an undermined road bed at Woodstock and three trainmen were killed. A doctor, who was speeding to the wreck, was swept away off a bridge.
Six thousand persons are homeless and the loss is estimated at 5,000,000 dollars. ,
