MANCHESTER UNITY ODDFELLOWS.

Loyal Antipodean Lodge.—There was a good attendance. Bro. G. Forbes, Noble Grand, presided. Visitors included members from Kilbirme, Britannia, Combination, and Thames Lodges, Delegates to the district conference were elected as follows: —Bros. Craddock, T. Barrow, and H. Hicks. Sick stewards reported and sick pay. was authorised. A letter of recommendation was granted to a brother residing in Auckland. At the conclusion of the meeting a challenge for the Cropp" Buttons was played. The teams competing were:—Kilbirnie (Bros. Arcus, Russell, Courtenay, Yeats) and Antipodean (Bros. Craddock, Foot, Barrow, and Nelson). Antipodean were winners and are now the holders of the Indoor Bowls' Association's trophy.
