LONDON, March 7.
The "Sunday Times" says that Germany is forming two new tank regiments by means of which possibly she is planning to create a fourth mechanised division. Already she has six tank regiments—comprising 250 tanks, each two of them having a reconnaissance group of armoured cars—a mechanised cavalry regiment, and an artillery regiment from the mechanised division. They are able to advance ten miles an hour as a whole, while the scouts move at twenty miles an hour. These three divisions possess a high, concentration of fire and are the most outstanding features of the Germany army. Germany is also forming additional artillery units, but their fulfilment is delayed owing to a shortage of officers. >
