LONDON CONGRESS IN JULY
It is nearly a quarter of a century since a meeting of the ' International Council of-Nurses was held in: London, /the last being held in Paris and Brussels in July, 1934. This year the Quadrennial Congress is to be held in July in London, and the following , members of the New Zealand Registered Nurses' Association- have been chosen as delegates to attend this conIgress:— Miss J. Bicknell, A.R.R.C., R.N., iR.M.. (President of the ;New Zealand ;Registered Nurses' Association),. Miss ■M. Lambie, R.N., R.M., P.H.D. (Director of Nurses), Miss N. Arnold, R.N., R.M. (Matron of St Helens Hospital, Wellington), Miss Mirams, R.N., R.M.| (Nurse Inspector, Health Department, Auckland), Miss F. Wilson, R.R.C., R.N., R.M. (Matron, "Limes Private Hospital, Christchurch).
To clean paint off a window pane, rub the glass with paraffin, wash off with soap and water, polish with whitening on a soft cloth, and the glass will be bright and clear. . *
