CONTINGENT IN CAMP

TRAINING TO BEGIN

The members of the military contingent to represent New Zealand' at the Coronation celebrations in May are now in Trentham Camp and are undergoing medical examination today. They will be outfitted on Monday and their training in ceremonial drill will probably begin in earnest on Tuesday. Sergeant-Major A. Mathieson, of Timaru, one of the non-commissioned officers of the Permanent Forces selected to go with the party, is.unable to go into camp because of illness, and it is probable that another member of the Permanent Forces will be chosen to replace him.
