VALUE OF THE CONCESSIONS
NEW YORK, February 25. The Ottawa correspondent of the "New York Times" reports that the immediate value of the concessions to Canada obtained in the treaty with Great Britain against the countries outside the Empire cannot be less than 20,000,000 dollars a year.
