The "Daily Herald" says, the tour to Australia and- New Zealand of Mr. J. B. Clark, director of the British Broadcasting Corporation Empire Service, is the first step •in a plan, in which the Government is collaborating with the Corporation, to challenge German radio propaganda to the British Dominions and Germany's excolonies with brighter and more powerful British Imperial broadcasts.
