AWATEA TO WITHDRAW
The Union Company has decided temporarily to withdraw the Awatea from service on arrival at Sydney on Saturday, May 22, for overhaul, for which purpose the following timetable v/ill be observed: —
The Awatea, on arrival at Sydney on Saturday, "May 22, will withdraw and resume from Sydney on Friday, July 30, for Auckland and continue as time-tabled.
The Maunganui will be recommissioned to leave "Wellington on Tuesday, iSay 13, for Sydney, without passengers, and will enter the service, leaving Sydney on Monday, May 24, for Wellington. On arrival at Sydney on Tuesday, July 27, the Maunganui will withdraw from the service and return to Auckland without passengers.
