MRS. J. ROCKETT.
(From "The Post's" Representative.) OTAKI, This Day.
Mrs.. J.'. Rockett, wife of -. Mr. J. Rockett, for some time proprietor of the Family-Hotel- at Otaki,, and later of Patea, i died at the New ; Plymouth ■Hospital- last week. The. "late Mrs. Rockett had enjoyed good health; up to a.month ago, ,but recently entered the hospital for treatment, finally undergoing an operation. Mrs. Rockett was noted for her generosity, and was.very liberal to the various sports clubs in the district. The funeral took place at New Plymouth. .
