IBSEN'S GLOOM.
When Anmer Hall presented Ibsen's lovely play "The Wild Duck," at the London Westminster, he got away from the gloomy 19th century atmosphere usually associated with Ibsen by presenting the piece without reference to time or place. Two young actors played the middle-aged characters-^-Hjal-mar Ekdal and Gregers Werle. They were. Stephen Murray, and Marius Goring. Hedwig was played by Kuth Wynn Owen. Michael Macowanwas producer.
