(Received December 26, 11 a.m.) LONDON, December 25. The German East Africa liner Pretoria, on her maiden voyage to South Africa, grounded in the Solent after embarking her passengers at Southampton. .Five hundred passengers and a crew of 250 were aboard. Four tugs are assisting.
