GERMAN LOAN
PUBLIC'S RESPONSE
(Received December 8, 1 p.m.) . BERLIN, December 7. It is officially announced that the new 500,000,000 marks loan of the Reich for the consolidation of. part of the Government's reconstruction debt is oversubscribed by over 100,000,000 marks. As a result the loan has been increased to 600,000,000 marks in "order not to disappoint the subscribers.''
