JAPANESE RECOGNITION
(Received December 3, 9.45 a.m.) ROME, December 2. Japan's recognition of Italy's Abyssinian Empire is officially announced. Japan is to transform the Legation at Addis ' Ababa into a ConsulateGeneral.
