RUSSIAN OFFICERS
ARRIVAL AT MALAGA
AEROPLANES EXPECTED | / _ (Received December 1. 2.45 p.m.) / GIBRALTAR, November 30. A Russian general and one hundred Russian officers have arrived at Malaga to take over command of the Loyalist militia. Twenty triple-engined Russian aeroplanes are expected at the end of the week.
SCOTS IN MADRID
(Received December 1, 3 p.m.) . LONDON, November 30. Messages of good will to the Scottish Corporation received at a dinner in London included one from Spain: "Scot£ in beleaguered Madrid join with you in spirit." It was signed by Mr. G. A. D. Ogilvie-Forbes, British Counsellor in Spain, who is president of the Caledonian Society.
