PRAGUE, October 22.
The Foreign Minister (Dr. Kamil Krofta) announced in Parliament that Czechoslovakia cannot and ; will not follow Belgium's example of neutrality and would be defenceless without alliances. She was determined to maintain and to intensify her existing alliances and refused to form part of a Fascist or anti-Fascist bloc. Fears have been^ expressed in the. French Press that Rumania and Yugoslavia may follow Belgium's example and begin to draw away from France. A cablegram from Paris published yesterday stated that King Carol was reported to be recalling diplomats faithful to M. Titulescu's foreign policy. The Rumanian Prime Minister was visiting Yugoslavia incognito, it was supposed in order to draw up a RumanoYugoslav policy of the greatest reservation. The Franco-Russian alliance with the Little Entente would thus be endangered. ~.-\
