MONDAY'S WRESTLING.

' Ed Don George, the former heavyweight wrestling champion of the world, -who won his first Wellington match this week, will be seen in action again at the Town Hall next Monday, when his opponent will be the New Zealand idol, "Lofty" Blomfleld. The matching of Blomfleld and George is one of the biggest of the closing engagements of the season. Blomneld s match against McCready ,in the local ring, which' many considered he was decidedly unlucky to lose, established him in world class, and he further substantiated • his standing by his recent victory over "Jumping" Joe Savoldi, These two performances, particularly the latter, gave him just the confidence he needed to perform at his best-agamst an opponent as'formidable as Ed Don George undoubtedly is. There will be amateur preliminaries from 8 o'clock.
