TRACK IN IDEAL ORDER
The Wellington Racing Club's Spring Meeting, extending over three days this year instead of the previous two, was opened in fine but dull weather at Trentham yesterday before a good attendance for an off day. The track was in ideal racing order- The investments amounted' to £26,879 10s (£12,375 win, £14,504 10s place), there being no comparable day last year.
