SMALL FIRE EXTINGUISHED
(Keceived October 20, 9.40 a.m.) NAPLES, October 19. Earlier alarming possibilities arising out of the Italian luxury liner Vulcania sending out an SOS because of a fire on board have just been allayed. It was a small affair in the steerage section, and was extinguished. The Vulcania was 40 miles' from Naples en route to New York at the time. :
