NETHERLANDS BANK RATE.
(By Teieirrauli—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Received October 20, 12.30 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, October 19. The Netherlands Bank discount rate has been reduced from 3 per cent, to 21 per cent.
The rate was raised from 4/ to 4J per cent, on June 2 and reduced to 4 per cent, on June 24, to 3>} per cent, on June 29, and to 3 per cent, on July 6.
