ANGLO-FRENCH DISCUSSION
(British Official Wlreleis.J (Received October 20, 11.40 a.m.) RUGBY, October 19. The French Ambassador in London, M. Corbin, returned to Paris'on Saturday and discussed with the Foreign Minister, M. Delbos, the attitude of the British Government towards King Leopold's declaration and the terms of the memorandum communicated by the German Charge d'Affaires in London to the British Foreign Office respecting the proposed meeting of the five Locarno Powers.
