WOMEN'S CRICKET
Wellington College Old Girls opened their cricket season at the Wellington East Girls r College on Saturday afternoon. In the absence of Miss Batham, to whom thanks were expressed for the use of the grounds, the season was opened by Mr. W. O. Bock. Others officiating were Misses I. M. Pickering and J. Yeatman and Mrs. I. Stenberg. Members of the Kttbirnie Women's Cricket Club assisted at the opening of the Kilbirnie men's season.
