ANNUAL REUNION

PLEASANT HAPPENINGS

The annual reunion of St. Mary's College ex-pupils took place at a recent weekend, commencing with a tennis tournament at the college on Saturday afternoon. In the evening the annual meeting of the Old Girls', Association took place, Miss Mary Butler being elected president for the forthcoming year. References were made to the excellent work which had been done by Mrs. Logan (the retiring president) and Miss Dorothy Dealy (retiring secretary). A large number of girls attended a general Communion on Sunday morning, and were the guests of the Sisters afterwards at breakfast. .Sunday afternoon was taken up with a drive round the bays, and a very successful reunion was brought to a close with Benediction at the convent chapel, during which the singing of the girls was a pleasing feature.
