A iT-year-old waiter,.whose name was ordered to be suppressed, was charged in the Magistrate's Court today with breaking and. entering a shop in Nelson, and stealing , from the shop a safe and contents .valued at £15. He was remanded .on the, application of Detective-Sergeant L. Revell to appear at Nelson oh Friday, October 9. Mr. J. H. Luxford,, S.M., was on the Bench;
