APOLLO WOMEN'S CLUB
Members of the. Apollo Women's Club were entertained at the meeting held recently in ' the University Women's' Club rooms, with a musical programme arranged by, Miss Douglas, The soloists were Mrs; Lewis,: Mrs. Montgomery, Miss Robson, Miss Russell, and Mrs. H. Thomas. ;
The secretary reported that a further function in aid of the music fund had been held with very satisfactory financial results. : ,
A bridge evening was arranged as a final effort for the year, and thanks were extended to all those who had assisted in this feature of the club's activities. .
Supper was served by Mrs. W. Sunley, Mrs. Tickner, and Miss.Douglas.
