The rules of the branch provide that the Hutt Valley Master Carriers' Association shall have representation on the executive of the Wellington Master Carriers' Association. . Mr. A. J. Curtis, president of the Wellington Master Carriers' Association. Mr. Barton Ginger, a member of the Wellington Master Carriers' Association, and Mr : W. J. Mountjoy, were; tary of the Wellington Master Carriers Association; who were present at the nieeting, congratulated the Hutt Valley carriers on the formation of their association, which it was believed would be of great benefit and help to those engaged in the industry. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded Mr. Barton Ginger for his assistance in the forming of the Hutt Valley branch. ; ■; . -• ■■■'
