Sir,—ln the footnote to- a letter headed "Milk Delivery Hours," there appears to be a misunderstanding as to the writer's ("Seven Days") meaning, as the award quoted applies only to employees of the Wellington City Council. Other employees are at present compelled to accept the best conditions of employment they can secure, which, to say the least, calls for close investigation. The Wellington Dairy Employees' Union, could give: the correspondent information.—lam, etc., WATCHER.
