BUILDERS' SUPPLIES LTD.
The annual report of the directors of Dominion Builders' Supplies Ltd., Christchurch, states that the net profit for the year was £700 15s lid which was not sufficient for payment of a dividend. The directors recommend that it should be carried to appropriation account, and that £440 12s 5d be transferred to reserve for doubtful debts, bringing that reserve up to £2000, and leaving a net balance carried forward in .the appropriation account of £ 1337 3s lOd.
