SARAZEN'S VISIT

ALTERATION OF DATES Sarazen will not compete in the national open golf championship this year, according to advice received by the secretary of the N.Z.G.A., Mr. G. O. Sutton. It is now his intention to visit New Zealand before he takes part in the Australian championship, and therefore he will not be able to play in the open here. Sarazen. who will be accompanied by Miss Helen Hicks, will arrive at Auckland by the Aorangi on August 3, and will play a number of exhibition matches with Miss Hicks before j leaving Wellington for Australia on August 18.
