SIR J. KINSEY'S FUNERAL

The funeral of the late Sir Joseph Kinsey, founder of the shipping firm of Kinsey and Co., Christchurch, took place in Wellington today, on the arrival of the steamer Maori from Lyttelton. The' chief mourner was Mrs. W. Alexander Moore, of Timavu, daughter of Sir Joseph Kinsey. Amongst those present were Sir Cyril Ward (managing director of ; Kinsey and Co., Ltd.), Sir Robert Anderson (Inve'rcargill), Mr. N. H. Webley (representing the Consul for Belgium, Wellington); the- pall-bearers were Colonel N. S. Falla (Union' Steam Ship Company), Mp?srs. Johannes Andersen (Turnbull Library), A. H. Sinel (New Zealand Shipping- Co.). N. D. Binnie (Port Shipping Line), A. ...D. Bayfeild (Federal Steam Navigation Co.), and W. Wallis (Johnsonville). The committal service at the crematorium, Karori. was conducted by Canon Wsf S.' Bean, of Christchurch.
