FLOWERS AT BROOKLYN
AUTUMN SHOW
■ The Brooklyn Horticultural Society held a very successful autumn show on Saturday last. - Mrs. Fouhy won the trophy for the most successful competitor throughout the year, as well as trophies for pot plants, decorative exhibits, and most points in the autumn show. The amateur chrysanthemum cup was won by Mr. Dalton. Chrysanthemum and vegetable trophies .were won by. Mr. Harcourt. Mrs. Donovan won the trophy in the home section and a trophy for dahlias. The champion chrysanthemum was exhibited by Mr. W. H. Jones.
