STRANDED BARQUE
WORK OF DISMANTLING
(Received April 29, noon.) LONDON, April 23. The Finnish barque Herzogin Cecilie's masts have been bared. The dismantling may last a fortnight and then the ship will be left to the mercy of the seas. The Herzogin Cecilie went ashore on the Devon coast at the end of last week.
