ELLSWORTH'S AEROPLANE

NEW YORK, April 25.
Mr. Lincoln Ellsworth informed the North American Newspaper Alliance today that he had presented the aeroplane Polar Star to the Smithsonian Institution at Washington, although lie reserves the right to borrow the craft, if he needs it, for further exploration. Mr. Ellsworth expressed pleasure that his aeroplane would become a permanent public exhibit.
