Mrs. E. R. Elder, of the Anglican •Mission at Labasa, Fiji, who has been staying with her. brother, Canon Percival James, Wellington, left for Auckland last week to stay, with Mrs. John Dawson, Epsom. . .

Miss Althea Cookson. (lady superintendent of the Wellington Hospital), who has been spending a month with her sister, Mrs. F. W. Freeman, Cashmere Hills, Christchurch, will return to Wellington tomorrow morning.

Miss Valeric Hamilton; has returned to Epsom, Auckland, from a visit to Wellington.

' Mr. and Mrs. L. Hazel, Paris,-who have been touring New Zealand for the past few weeks, will leave Auckland next Friday for Sydney.

Miss Alison West-Watson, Bishopscourt, has returned to Christchurch after visiting Wellington.

Sister Aldritch, ,of the staff of the Wellington Hospital, will leave this weekend for a six months' holiday trip to England. For upwards, of five years she has been sister : in-charge of the Ewart Hospital, and prior- to her departure from that institution was the recipient of a travelling-case from the patients, together * with, their best wishes, for an enjoyable holiday. |
