MIRAMAR SOUTH

The attendance at the Miramar South School service was one of the largest for some years. Among those 'present were old pupils, and Boy Scouts and Cubs from the district. The parade of returned soldiers was one of the outstanding features of the ceremony.

The gathering was presided over by Mr. H. Tomlinson, chairman of the school committee. Colonel Cowles delivered an impressive address, and the Rev. C. M. Martin conducted the religious portion of the service. Wreaths from the pupils, the school committee, and others were later placed on the Cenotaph in the city. Members of the Miramar Band, with Miss C. Russell at the piano, assisted in the service:
