OLD BOYS MEET
SACRED HEART COLLEGE
In his remarks at the eighth annual general meeting of the Wellington branch of the Sacred Heart College Old Boys' Association, held recently in St. Francis Hall, Hill Street, Mr. T. B. Gusscott, chairman, said it was very gratifying to see such a large number of old boys present, and he especially welcomed the younger old boys. He also had the greatest of pleasure in welcoming two distinguished old boys, the Rev. Fathers Gilhooly and Nolan. It was decided that the annual dinner this year be held early in May, and that the annual subscription remain the same as last year. The following officers were elected: President, the Rev. Dr. Gilhooly; honorary secretory, Mr. S. Columb; honorary treasurer, Mr. C. Redwood; honorary auditor, Mr. C. Eville; executive committee, Messrs. J. B. O'Regan, V. M. Gormly, F. Cummings, H. Jones, T. Parsons, J. G. Ollivcr. .
Tributes were paid to the retiring president, Mr. T. B. Gusscott, and to Mr. V. M. Gormly for their untiring efforts on behalf of the association.
