INTERESTS OF GROWERS

The special correspondent ■ of. th« United Press Association at Rarotonga states that the fruit growers of Rarotonga recently formed a Growers' Association consisting of 70 per cent, of the registered growers, the objects being to guard their interests and improve output. There has been considerable dissatisfaction with the prices paid to growers, and it is probable that a deputation will visit New, Zealand in the near future to interview the Government.
