A promise that Feilding's case would be heard'-before"any decision !was made regarding the proposals of the Wellington Acclimatisation Society ;that Feilding-should be,compelled tp (i throw in its lot with,', Wellington, was received from the Hon. W; E. Parry, Minister of, Internal "Affaits, at Tuesday's meeting of. -the-: Feilding Society. The Minister stated that so'far "he had not received' any communication from the Wellington: Society,, but Feilding could be assured that nothing would be done until all,sides of the question had been hearaV'.'VV. ,-.- V. ~ V --,
