POLICE MAKE AN ARREST
(Received "December 27, noon.) SYDNEY, This Day. <. The bodies of Mrs. Annie Thompson, about thirty-five years of age, and her mother, Mrs. Harriet Brown, about sixty years of age, were found in a cottage at Parramatta with their throats cut.. One woman's head was practic-ally-severed. _ A man has been arrested and charged with having feloniously and malicious-, ly slain both women.
