SHAAB—ROBINSON.

An afternoon wedding took place at St. James's Church, Lower Hutt, when Isabel, ■ second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. T. Robinson, was married to Stanley Anthony, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Shaab. The Rev. H. E.. K. Fry officiated.. . ,

The bride, who. was escorted by her father, wore a gown of white crepe satin, with full-shirred' sleeves, and a long train. Her embroidered tulle veil was arranged in: halo style and caught to the head with orange blossom. Her bouquet was of pink and white roses with maidenhair fern! The two bridesmaids,' Miss Mabel Shaab, sister of the bridegroom (chief), and Miss Kathleen Larkiri, were iri frocks of pink georgette, and they wore picturesque hats of the saihe shade,-and carried bouquets of pink roses, pansies, and maidenhair fern.

Mr. E. Berry was best man, and Mr. Leslie Shaab, brother of the bridegroom, groomsman. Little Burnise

Earney presented the bride with ' a silver horseshoe as she was leaving the church. .

A reception was held at Eva Draper's Hall, High Street, where Mr. and Mrs. Robinson received the guests. The bride's mother wore a smart frock of navy crepe de chine and lace with a hat to match, her posy being of roses and pansies. The bridegroom's mother wore a smart navy and white ensemble and a hat of the same shade.

When the bride and bridegroom left for the. south the bride wore a tunic frock of navy blue and white with hat and accessories to match.
