AGES OF MINISTERS
YOUNGER THAN LAST CABINET
The average age of members'of the new Cabinet is about 56 years, compared with about 62 years in the case of Mr. Forties's Cabinet, states the "New Zealand Herald." The youngest members are Mr. H. G. R. Mason and Mr. P. C. Webb, who are both 50. Mr. W. Lee Martin, Minister of Agriculture, is the eldest, being 65 years old.
Details of the ages of members are as follows:—Mr. M. J. Savage, 63; Mi:. Lee Martin, 65; Mr. R. Semple, 62; the Hon. Mark Fagan, 62; Mr. H. T. Armstrong, 60; Mr. W. E. Parry, 57; Mr. W. Nash, 53; Mr. D. G. Sullivan,.s3'; Mr. F. Langstone, 52; Mr. P. Fraser, 51; Mr. F. Jones, 51; Mr. Mason 50; Mr Webb, 50.
