TOURING TEAM IN INDIA

BOMBAY, December 6. A lead of over 100 runs was gained by Frank Tarrant's Australian team over the Yuvraj of Patalia's Indian eleven. In reply to the Indian team's score of 163, the Australians made 268, Byder topping the century. At stumps the Indians had made 82 for two wickets in their second innings. There was a sensational incident when Love was given out leg-before on an appeal by Nissar.' Love was walking away when he was called back by Yuvraj, who was fielding at silly mid-off.
