NANKING, November 26.
The Executive Council at Nanking has ordered the authorities at Hopei to arrest Ying Ju-keng, and has also decided to abolish the Peking Military Council and transfer its functions to General Ho Ying-chin, one of the Nanking Government's ablest members, indicating that the Government is determined to assert its authority in North China.
A Japanese military communique warns China that the autonomy movement is supported by the mass of the people, and that it is useless for the Government to attempt to suppress it.
