POSTAL VOTING
In' order to save time in issuing postal voto certificates and ballot papers on i the day of the election, all persons de!\ irous of availing themselves of this mocHe of recording their votes, should'forvAard their application to the Registrar ol" Electors, instead of the Returning ;Pfflcer. The Registrar of Electors in Bowen House, has been empowered to issue these ballot papers for the five Wellington electorates, namely:—Wellington Central, Wellington East, Wellington North, Wellington South, and Wellington Suburbs. All postal vote certificates and ballot papers must b»2 returned to the returning officer nc*t later than 6 p.m. on Wednesday; November 27.
