ENGLISH COASTAL TOWNS

RUGBY, November 20.
Nearly, £15,000,000 is involved in improvement schemes which are being undertaken in neighbouring coastal towns of Sussex—Worthing, Angmcring, Soulhwick, and Seaford. The populations of these towns have been increasing at a remarkable rate, particularly since the electrification of the railway service to London.
The schemes of development will take twenty years to complete.
