H.M.S. DUNEDIN V. DIAMOND CABS

A friendly cricket match was played between teams representing H.M.S. Dunedin and Diamond Cabs at Kelburn Park yesterday, the match resulting in a win for Diamonds by two runs. Results are:—

Diamond Cabs, 166 (Wolley 62, Heard 34, H. Potter 31, Robson 10); H.M.S. Dunedin, 164 (Bennett 87, Haines 18, Ludman 14, Mills 13). Bowling: For H.M.S. Dunedin, Ludman took four for 36 and Boxall two for 28; for Diamonds, Darrock took three for 45, Meier two for 12, and Aldridge two for 30.
