ADULTERATED FLOUR
LEAD-POISONING CASES ARREST OF A MILLER MADRID, November 19. Over 5000 people are suffering from lead-poisoning, which has been traced to adulteration of flour. A miller has been arrested. The Court is demanding. £25,000 against claims in the event of his guilt being proved.
