ITALY'S PROTESTS
SANCTIONS PROCEDURE
FRANCE AND BRITAIN REPLY
(Received November 20, 2.5.p.m.) PARIS, > November . 19. M. Lavalhas handed Signpr.Gerutti, the Italian' Ambassador, a reply to the Italian protest against sanctions. It is understood that the reply confirms the previous decisions.
It is believed that the British reply declines to accept the Italian contention that the procedure of the States applying sanctions infringes ,the Coy enant.
