TRAIN DELAYED

SLIGHT DAMAGE TO ENGINE

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) TAURANGA, This Day.

The Paeroa-Tauranga train ran into a small slip of rock at Karangahake this morning. The engine was slightly damaged, but as there were two engines on the train the damaged engine was pulled' on to a siding. The slip was soon cleared. On the arrival of an engine from Waihi the train proceeded to Tauranga, arriving two and a half hours late.
